Delivery Requirements

In most cases, delivery drivers are not insured to unload bulky or heavy items and work alone. Please ensure there are sufficient able-bodied people available to accept your delivery. If you have any special delivery requirments, please add a note to your order or give us a call.

Offshore and International

Please contact us for a shipping price. Because of the difference in international shipping rates from order to order, we will price your order manually to offer you the best rate possible.

Under normal circumstances all orders will be despatched and delivered within 7 working days, usually quicker. Feel free to contact us for an exact timescale, or if you need your purchase urgently. We'll do our utmost to accomodate you.

Returns

Unwanted items must be returned unopened within 14 days of receipt. A restocking fee may be charged on certain items. We will charge for the initial delivery of a returned item, unless the order is of sufficient size as to not incur any cost to the company. This is at the company's discretion. We will only charge you if we are incurring costs.

All items received damaged must be reported to the company within 24 hours of receipt.

Orders cancelled before despatch may incur a cancellation and/or restocking fee. Again, we will only charge you if we are incurring costs. Bespoke items cannot be refunded after manufacturing begins.
